The Nexon EV which recently celebrated its first anniversary in the Nepalese market has consistently grown in popularity to become Nepal’s best-selling electric vehicle, commanding a major portion of the market share, with more than 2000 bookings.
The popularity of the Nexon EV in Nepal can be attributed to its performance, affordability, design, class-leading safety features, largest and widest charging infrastructure, and world-class service network. Now, to further strengthen its EV portfolio in the Nepalese market, Tata Motors Nepal has introduced the new Nexon EV. The new variant range gives the model additional features from the Nexon EV Max. The new Nexon EV starts from Rs 37,99,000 in the Nepalese market.
The new Nexon EV gets additional features such as the Multi-Mode Regen, Automatic Brake Lamp Activation on Regen, Cruise Control, and Indirect Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (iTPMS) from the higher-spec Nexon EV Max. Other additions include a Smartwatch integrated connectivity feature and a Charging Timeout of 110 seconds.
Mechanically, the new Nexon EV continues to be powered by the same 30.2kWh Lithium-Ion battery pack that produces 127 bhp and 245 Nm of torque and an ARAI-certified range of 312km. The Nexon EV can do 0-100kmph in just 9.9 seconds. The car also comes with the best-in-industry dust and waterproof battery pack, which meets IP67 standards.
